First I would like to say thank you for your interest in our hound pups. We work tirelessly to make sure our puppies are sound of mind and body, healthy, happy, socialized, vetted, and conform to breed standards for Basset Hounds. 

  I myself am a lover of many "Types" of Basset Hounds.. Here on the farm I raise Standard and Large Type European and American/European and our hounds range in size from 50 pounds to a whopping 80 pounds.. My aim is to add an extra touch of Hushpuppy to every puppy that leaves the farm.

         * Full Registration is given at my discretion and is usually reserved for established breeders and anyone interested in Showing, Barnhunt, or any AKC activities requiring Full Registration *

                

  Our puppy price is given upon request. I do accept deposits but only after the puppies are born and I have a puppy available for you. Deposits once taken are non refundable unless there is a change on my end.

  Our puppies are ready to leave for their new homes at 8 weeks old. There are additional fees added to the price for any puppies not picked up on time..  If you are unable to make the drive I can put you in contact with a ground transporter or you may also fly into our local airport to pick your puppy up and fly them back with you in cabin. 

               

  Our puppies come to you up to date on all age appropriate shots and wormings. Worming is done at 2,4,6,8 weeks of age and puppies have been seen by our vet for a check up at 6 and 8 weeks with shots given at 6 and 8 weeks.

  Our puppies come to you started on an immune building supplement called NuVet which I will request that you purchase and have on hand prior to receiving your new puppy. This will ensure that your new Purebred puppy will receive the best healthy start in life. I feel so strongly about the use of this supplement that it is part of our health gaurantee. 

 

  Our pups come with limited akc registration and that is pet only registration with no breeding rights, microchip, 3 generation pedigree, new puppy handbook, loads of Basset Hound specific Info, a 30 day free trial of pet insurance that goes into affect once your puppy is registered, a blanket, toy and clothing filled with familiar smells for an easier transition, a leash and collar. Puppies are used to baths and nail trims.

                                                                             

  Our puppies are well socialized and handled daily. They are exposed to other dogs, kids, loud noises, household sounds like a vacuum, washer, dryer, radio etc. We work very hard on getting your little one out of the habit of biting. Our puppies come with a leash and collar that they have been practicing walking nicely with, we start the puppies on crate training by getting them accustomed to being in and around them for naps and playtime, we work on teaching them to come when called. we work on potty training using pee pads inside and transitioning to doggy door use also. Weather permitting the puppies play in their play yard outside also they get to run wild in the field. On rainy or cold days we just stay in the nursery and play but it isn't all bad because they have plenty of room to run around and have fun and make a mess..

  I am available to answer questions or concerns at anytime through the use of text, email, or phone call and am happy to try to help with any issues you may be having regarding training etc.. If for some reason you can no longer keep your beloved sidekick I am happy to have them back and to help rehome them. I enjoy what I do and take pride in providing loving, happy, healthy hounds.
